ABOUT ÜSKÜDAR UNIVERSITY

Üsküdar University, founded in 2011 as a foundation university, has identified its fields of expertise as behavioral sciences and health, with the aim of producing academic work above world standards and training qualified individuals. Üsküdar University, which holds national and international accreditations and participates in student exchange programs such as Erasmus, has one of its main goals to become a “world university.”

To date, more than 24,000 students who have enrolled and studied at Üsküdar University have received both theoretical and practical education within the framework of the principle “Successful individual, successful society; happy individual, happy society,” and, thanks to an expert academic staff, have gained high-quality education and experience. At Üsküdar University, associate, undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral education are provided across 6 Faculties, 1 Vocational School of Health Services, and 5 Institutes. There are more than 125 Research Application Centers and Laboratories within the University. The number of graduates from Üsküdar University exceeds 40,000.

Building its educational philosophy on four fundamental principles—“Criticism, Libertarianism, Pluralism, and Participation”—students who choose Üsküdar University benefit throughout their education from smart campus applications, a rich library, numerous laboratories and research centers, a variety of scholarships, a Foreign Language Preparatory School, more than 400 Erasmus agreements, and the European-recognized Blue Diploma.
